Shipping Policy

Processing Time is 7 business days excluding Holiday.
Processing time is NOT shipping time, shipping time is defined as the transit time it takes a package to reach the buyer from the shipping location.
Sweet Angel Creations ship all orders UPS Ground. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends.

 Please note, once your package has been shipped from our facility and received by UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Sweet Angel Creations is not responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages that may occur once your package has been shipped.
Please make sure your order is shipped to a secure address. Any issues related to your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier, as they will be able to track your package and provide the best information.
For International Shipping: You are responsible for any and all Taxes and Duties that may be added to your order by the carrier, If you decline the package you will be responsible for all shipping costs paid. You will be refunded upon successful delivery of the complete package to Sweet Angel Creations.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refunds / Returns

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a refund. You must send a photo to sweetangelcreations4u@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.
 Lost Packages: For lost packages, filing a claim with UPS is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will need the invoice and tracking number to file a claim in the event a package gets lost.

Our company is hosted on the GoDaddy platform. GoDaddy provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy ’s data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by GoDaddy and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
